Shopify CLI released 3.93.2, which bundles @shopify/cli-hydrogen 11.1.14. That release included actual code changes (MCP proxy support, skeleton route removal, API version bump to 2026-04, React Router peer dep widening), so per the circular dependency release cycle we need to bump the skeleton's CLI dep and re-release cli-hydrogen to bundle the updated skeleton.
